10 Improvement
10.1 General.
Hexatech Engineering strongly believes that if it wants to remain efficient in the provision of building facility maintenance, it must continually improve every aspect of its operations. With this philosophy in mind, BSD's management team seriously endeavors to continually improve the effectiveness of its quality management system through the use of quality policy, quality objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective actions as well as management review.
10.2 Non-Conformance (including Customer Compliants) and corrective action.
10.2.1 Hexatech Engineering will initiate corrective actions to eliminate the cause or causes of non-conformities detected and those complaints raised by customers in order to prevent recurrence. Corrective actions taken will be appropriate to the effects of the non-conformities encountered.
10.2.2 All non-conformances and complaints raised shall be retained as evidence for further review and lesson learned.

10.3 Continual improvement.
Continual improvement is initiated though things are proceeding well to raise performance levels. Quality policy, quality objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective actions, and management review are means by which we initiate continual improvement.
