4. Context of Organization
4.1 Understanding the organization and its context.
Hexatech Engineering shall monitor and review information on external and internal issues that affects the intended result(s) of the Company's quality management system on a regular basis as follows:
External issues = social, technological, environmental, ethical, political, legal, and economic environment.
Internal issues = considered are related to the culture, beliefs, values, or principles inside the organization, as well as complexity of processes and organizational structure.

Hexatech Engineering shall determine, provide and maintain the infrastructure needed to achieve conformity to service requirements.
Infrastructure includes, as applicable:
a) Buildings occupied by Hexatech Engineering;
b) Operational building facility plants and main equipment;
c) Workspace, environment and associated utilities;
d) Operational supporting equipment (both hardware and software); and
e) Supporting services (such as communication) including information services.
MD of Hexatech Engineering shall identify any facility maintenance deficiencies and assigns themto its outsourced vendor for correction. Required capital expenditure (if any) shall be routed to Hexatech Engineering top management for approval.
MD shall ensure that all Hexatech Engineering management related information systems areadequately back-up, anti-virus software regularly updated and system is adequately administrated.
MD shall address any fault, damage or unsuitable use of building infrastructure, such incident shall be escalated to Hexatech Engineering top management for follow-up action.
4.2 Understanding the needs and expectations of interested parties.
4.2.1 Interested parties:
Customers - quality and fulfilling building facility maintenance services. Stakeholders - high efficiency and productivity in delivering building facility services. Employees (management and staff) - good salary and career planning. Vendors (suppliers and subcontractors) - more purchase orders and prompt payment. Government agencies - statutory compliance and good corporate governance.

4.2.2 Statutory and regulating requirements related to security services: Hexatech Engineering complies to Malaysian building civil, mechanical, electrical and environment bylaws and HR Department of Hexatech Engineering will comply to Employment Act 1955, Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1952, Employees Social Security Act 1969 and Goods & Service Tax Act 2014 of Malaysia.
4.3 Determining the scope of the quality management system.
4.3.1 The Scope of Quality Management System for certification to ISO 9001:2015 is as follows:
‘PROVISION OF SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE AND SERVICING OF MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS.’
The above scope is deemed to include all projects as outlined below.

This scope covers the following offices:
4.3.2 ISO 9001 Clause Exclusions: None.
4.4 Quality management system and its processes.
Hexatech Engineering has established and maintains a documented quality management system designed and implemented to fulfill ISO 9001 requirements. This system creates a framework for clearly defining the control of processes, and verification activities, thus providing our customers with confidence that the operational aspects of Hexatech Engineering are performed in a well-defined and controlled environment as follows:
4.4.1 (a) The inputs and outputs for Hexatech Engineering's quality management system are identified in its operations process chart as per Annex C.

(b) The sequence and interaction of these processes are also indicated in the operations process chart.
(c) The criteria and methods needed to ensure effective control of these processes are established in the relevant procedures of the quality management system.
(d) Hexatech Engineering ensures that resources and information necessary to support the operation and monitoring of processes are available.
(e) Assignment of the responsibilities and authorities for these process tabulated in the Hexatech Engineering's organization chart and job descriptions.

(f) Hexatech Engineering shall identify and address the risks and opportunities for its processes as follows:
(1) Operation control services; (2) Engineering services; (3) Contract and purchasing services; (4) Project implementation services; (5) HR manpower and competency processes; and (6) Quality system administration.

(g) The processes which require monitoring and measurement will be monitored and measured according to the relevant procedures of the quality management system.
(h) Hexatech Engineering ensures that actions are implemented when planned results are not achieved and shall strive to continually improve the processes of the quality management system.
4.4.2 Hexatech Engineering’s ISO 9001:2015 quality management system documented information that supports the operations of its process and retained for implementation of process has three levels and shall comprises of the following:
