5 Leadership
5.1 Leadership and commitment.
5.1.1 General.
HX Solutions management is fully committed to the development, implementation and continual improvement of the quality management system. In ensuring that this commitment is seen, believed, understood and followed through by all employees.
The HX Solutions management shall:
a) communicate customer requirements and feedback to employees through the relevant manager in charge.
b) establish, endorse and communicates the quality policy internally.
c) ensures that yearly quality objectives are established.
d) conducts the management review meeting.
e) ensures that resources are adequate.
5.1.2 Customer focus.
HX Solutions is a customer driven organization. As such, the Company's management always ensures that customer requirements are determined, understood and met. Efforts are always concerted in ensuring that every customer of HX Solutions is happy and satisfied. Addressing risks and opportunities that affect conformity of services shall be given special attention in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
5.2 Policy.
5.2.1 Establishing the quality policy.

5.2.2 Communicating the quality policy.
HX Solutions shall communicate its quality policy to all its employees at all time and review it for continuing suitability.
5.3 Organizational roles, responsibilities and authorities.
Annex D and E shows the HX Solution's organization chart with the relevant job descriptions being assigned.
