    Note:

    It is compulsory for you to raise a Project Quality Plan (PD-REC-PQP) (see below) if the project you are

    handling costs RM1 million and above. 

    If your project costs less than RM1 million, then you need to raise a Project Summary & Planning List

    (PD-REC-PSPL) (see below).

    Quality Objective for PQP and PSPL:

    To prepare Project Quality Plan (PQP) or Project Summary & Planning List (PSPL) within Thirty (30) days

    from the official date of acceptance of a contract / letter of award / purchase order.
